United StatesIt’s a uniquely designed flask that I use mainly for water. It retains the initial temperature pretty well, and it makes a nice sound when I fill it up. My only issue is that the outside material does stain, so be mindful of that.

But putting the cap on the inside of the cylinder (1) makes it difficult to remove the cap and (2) doesn’t cover the area where your mouth would go, which means you can’t really use it as carelessly as you would other water bottles. I didn’t realize these two things were issues until I experienced the bottle for myself. I’m keeping it as an office desk water bottle and because it’s beautiful, but I would expect that Rains would make a bottle that is suitable for daily living, not just for the indoors.
